This opportunity is for a multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio-Visual (AV) systems at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, Hill Air Force Base - Key contact: Jonathan Visounnaraj - Scope of Work: - Lifecycle support for VTC and AV systems, including both traditional and Microsoft Teams-based solutions - Services include: - Preventative maintenance (Tiers 1, 2, and 3) totaling over 2,300 months - Engineering services (over 1,900 hours) - Installation services (over 7,600 hours) - System design, integration, testing, and training - Procurement and installation of hardware (cameras, monitors, speakers, microphones, control equipment) - Support for secure VTC systems with requirements for AES-256 encryption, FIPS, and TEMPEST compliance - Products/Equipment Requested: - Wall-mounted cameras (pan/zoom) - Large monitors (65-inch and 75-inch) - Ceiling-mounted speakers and microphones - Control equipment for secure VTC - Estimated 60 units of VTC/AV hardware and equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solutions for both standard and secure conference rooms - Integration with government NIPR network and Microsoft Teams - Compliance with DoD cybersecurity, FIPS, and TEMPEST standards - User-friendly interfaces, interoperability, and scalability - Delivery of design documents, configured hardware/software, testing reports, manuals, and training - Contract Details: - Firm fixed price, 5-year ordering period, with a minimum value of $1,000 and a maximum of $7 million - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 541519

Description

This requirement is to establish an IDIQ contract to provide services to design, purchase, refresh, troubleshoot, and maintain VTCs, including design consultation/engineering, purchase and installation of new and upgraded VTC equipment. See attached documents for details.
