Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health's Nathan S. Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research (NKI) located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY is seeking bids for an insulation upgrade project. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals required to remove and replace damaged or missing pipe insulation on the piping systems identified by the facility. Work includes removal and lawful disposal of existing damaged fiberglass insulation and jackets, furnishing and installing new fiberglass pipe insulation of specified thickness and diameter, and installation on various piping components such as steam supply, condensate piping, hot water piping, valves, and fittings.
