This Request for Proposal is for the construction of a 48 lot subdivision, a constructed wetland, and off-site servicing infrastructure on Farwell Road and Willis Road. On-site work includes clearing, grubbing, topsoil stripping/stockpiling, site and lot grading, excavation, removals, utility installation, road, sidewalk, pathway and lighting installation, earthworks, utilities, planting, and commissioning for a constructed wetland. Off-site work includes sanitary sewer installation with trenching in arterial and local roads crossing a provincial highway, watermain installation with trenching in a local road, and road construction to a City of Campbell River collector standard. The project is located in Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada.
