This solicitation is for the supply and installation of one 1,500 mm diameter smooth wall steel pipe culvert by the boring method on Highway No. 5, approximately 40.0 m northwest of its junction with Highway No. 368, at Muenster, for a total length of 45 meters. The work includes supply and installation of culverts by tunneling or boring, decommissioning of 3 culverts, and associated erosion control and traffic accommodation measures. The completion date for the project is November 30, 2026.
