Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Infobase for a Library Reference Web Database. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 21 August 2026. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sarah.p.schultz.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Government’s needs as stated herein.
A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
