Description

The Rural Municipality of Laurier No. 38 intends to enter into an agreement with a pre-identified supplier for the purchase of approximately 50,000 cubic yards of gravel to be crushed to the Municipality's required 7/8-inch specification and stockpiled at the extraction site in 2027. The procurement includes overburden stripping, continued on-site storage of the municipally owned stockpile, options to purchase additional gravel, and no contractual reclamation responsibility or cost to the Municipality. Suppliers capable of providing a comparable overall arrangement may submit a Statement of Capabilities. Payment will be made in annual installments over two years, and the contract duration extends to December 31, 2031.
