The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is seeking a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase and installation of comprehensive surveillance systems at two Naval Post Office locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) - OEMs and Vendors: - Security Camera Warehouse (SCW) is the sole source vendor due to proprietary system compatibility - Products/Services Requested: - Installation of surveillance systems at: - Building 2650, Naval Base Kitsap Bangor (7 cameras, NVR with 12TB hard drive, UPS & Battery Pack, Watt Box IP Power Conditioner, structured network cabling, removal of old equipment, standalone closed-loop configuration) - Building 100, NAS Whidbey Island (10 cameras, NVR with 12TB hard drive, UPS & Battery Pack, Watt Box WiFi Surge Protector, new CCTV power circuit, structured network cabling, removal of old equipment, standalone closed-loop configuration) - Complete installation services including removal of old equipment, cabling, camera mounting, system configuration, and protection of work areas - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Sole source justification based on proprietary data and required interoperability with existing SCW surveillance systems - All contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens and comply with security and safety requirements - System must be configured as a standalone closed-loop system at each location - Project completion required within 30 days from project start

Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for an security camera surveillance and installation services.

This requirement is sole sourced to Security Camera Warehouse (SCW) due to the proprietary data required in order to ensure interoperability and compatibility of the current surveillance system in place.  Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
