Description
This solicitation is for securing the services of a qualified environmental monitoring consultant to provide systematic, defensible, and regulator-acceptable monitoring and reporting of vegetative communities, habitat conditions, and permit compliance across multiple County sites. The services support St. Johns County's responsibilities under various agreements, permits, and land management plans. The contract includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, data collection instruments, analysis, documentation, and reporting for Countywide Monitoring and Reporting Services for St. Johns County Regional Offsite Mitigation Areas (ROMAs). Services are to be provided for existing County-owned ROMAs and conservation lands at specified locations within St. Johns County, Florida.
