St. Johns County - Purchasing Department is seeking a qualified provider for comprehensive environmental monitoring and reporting services across multiple County-owned Regional Offsite Mitigation Areas (ROMAs) and conservation lands. - Government Buyer: - St. Johns County - Purchasing Department - Scope of Work: - Systematic monitoring and reporting of vegetative communities, habitat conditions, and permit compliance - Services required for multiple sites, including Turnbull Creek ROMA, Moses Creek ROMA, McCullough Creek ROMA, Nocatee Preserve, Deep Creek ROMA, and other County-owned parks or conservation areas - Provider must supply all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, data collection instruments, analysis, documentation, and reporting - Compliance Requirements: - Must adhere to St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) Memoranda of Agreement - Must comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permits - Must follow St. Johns County Land Management Plans and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated or referenced in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on regulatory compliance and defensible, systematic data collection and reporting - Services must be acceptable to regulatory agencies and support ongoing permit compliance

This solicitation is for securing the services of a qualified environmental monitoring consultant to provide systematic, defensible, and regulator-acceptable monitoring and reporting of vegetative communities, habitat conditions, and permit compliance across multiple County sites. The services support St. Johns County's responsibilities under various agreements, permits, and land management plans. The contract includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, data collection instruments, analysis, documentation, and reporting for Countywide Monitoring and Reporting Services for St. Johns County Regional Offsite Mitigation Areas (ROMAs). Services are to be provided for existing County-owned ROMAs and conservation lands at specified locations within St. Johns County, Florida.
