Description
The City of Salinas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to assess existing systems, workflows, organizational needs, and future objectives. The goal is to provide recommendations on whether a standalone Permitting and Licensing System or an ERP solution best aligns with the City's operational and strategic goals. The consultant will also support the development and administration of an RFP process, including proposal evaluation, vendor demonstrations, and selection recommendations. Optional implementation support may be provided as a Phase II service.
