The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking qualified companies to enter into an Energy Efficiency Project Services Master Agreement (EEPMA) to provide energy efficiency project services on an as-needed basis. This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) aims to ensure continuous provision of these services, which are currently provided by qualified vendors through EEPMA. The current agreement expires on September 4, 2026, and this RFSQ applies to both current and prospective vendors.
