Description

This project requires contracted intergovernmental relation services to support the Mayor, Council, and Chief Administrative Officer by monitoring provincial and federal government activities, identifying emerging issues and opportunities affecting municipalities, providing strategic advice, and assisting with advocacy initiatives. Services include political and legislative monitoring, strategic advisory services, advocacy planning and support, and briefing notes and meeting preparation. The contract delivery period is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Submissions are accepted online only, and only registered plan takers may submit proposals.
