Description
Maxwell-Gunter has a requirement to correct previously identified deficienices. The playgrounds are located at the Maxwell Child Development Center (CDC), Gunter CDC, Maxwell School Age Care/Youth Program SAC/YP, Gunter SAC, and Gunter YP. Playgrounds are in acceptable condition and most of the installed equipment meets applicable criteria and are considered age and skill appropriate for the children expected to utilize these areas. The primary focus for the repairs is to enhance the total outdoor play environment through equipment and surface upgrades, repairs and restoration of any existing playground discrepancies. The contractor shall supply materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals associated with this requirement.
