Description

The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is issuing a solicitation to establish a pool of 5 to 10 qualified construction firms for various capital improvement projects funded by general obligation bonds. These projects may include roof and chiller replacements, HVAC upgrades, ADA improvements, major tenant improvements, and sustainability-related projects. The solicitation also includes the 90% Progress Plan Set for the ACC Shop Refresh Project, which is expected to be the first project awarded under this process. Bidders may respond to either or both opportunities by submitting one response package containing separate documents for the On-Call Construction Services RFQ and/or the ACC Shop Refresh Project. The response documents will determine consideration for the respective opportunities.
