The City of Redmond is seeking qualifications from design-build teams for the design and construction of a new teen center located on the site of the former Old Fire House Teen Center in downtown Redmond. The project will be delivered using a progressive design-build agreement with a budget of $35 million. The anticipated schedule includes design and permitting phases from January 2027 through mid-2029, with construction beginning in July 2029 and substantial completion expected by early 2031.
