Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals to establish a contract for qualified firms to provide armed and unarmed security officer services for the Western Tidewater Community Services Board Crisis Stabilization Unit. The services are required on an as-needed basis for permanent and temporary security needs. The contract is a requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum quantity, and the owner may require more or less than the estimated quantities. The work locations include the cities of Suffolk and Franklin, and the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton in Virginia.
