This contract is for the construction of transit, pedestrian, and bicycle infrastructure improvements throughout Phase 2 of the RAISE East-West Corridor Transit Priority Project along a 20-mile corridor from Kingston Road along Edmondson Avenue at the Baltimore City line through downtown Baltimore to just past Quinton Road along Eastern Avenue near the Baltimore County line.
