Description

Wicomico County Public Schools (WCPS) is requesting pre-qualifications from Construction Management at Risk (CMR) firms for various systemic renovation projects, building updates and additions, and new buildings with a scope of $10 million or less. The pre-qualified CMR firms will provide a range of pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services to assist the Board and its Architect/Engineer with project delivery. Services include constructability reviews, budget and schedule establishment, MBE goal determination, trade contract solicitation, GMP establishment, contract administration, quality assurance, and all construction process aspects through commissioning, move-in, occupancy, and close-out.
