Description

Solicitation is for fuel testing at Air Station Elizabeth City located at 1664 Weeksville Road Elizabeth City, NC 27909. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 541380 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 18, 2026 via email to FRANK.M.POWERS@uscg.mil. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON AUG 07, 2026.
