Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202, Publicizing.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services has requirement to contract on behalf of the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis and Division of HIV Prevention for services to provide a multi-jurisdictional formative research study to support expansion of self-collection-based viral load monitoring into additional Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. Please refer to the attached RFQ included with this notice for the full description of the required tasks under this procurement.
The solicitation number for this procurement is 75D301-26-Q-79162 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing the procedures at RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Contract type: Firm-Fixed-Price. This procurement will be initially awarded as a purchase order and becomes a binding contract upon acceptance by the quoter or performance by the quoter against the purchase order, whicever occurs sooner.
