Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, mobilization, travel, materials, tools, transportation, incidentals, and all else necessary to remove hunter Walk-In Access boundary signs from approximately 55 sites distributed throughout Minnesota and to adjust one boundary in Traverse County to account for an occupied building site buffer. The contractor must provide equipment to navigate around sites, remove signs, adjust boundaries, and post boundaries. Additionally, the contractor must be able to use the "ArcGIS Quick Capture" app to collect data on sign locations and provide this data to the DNR Walk-In Access Coordinator upon completion. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms.
