This opportunity is for laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration services supporting approximately 1,600 JROTC cadets in the Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools System, Tennessee. - Government Buyer: - United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) - Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools System - Scope of Services: - Laundry and dry cleaning of Army Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) and Army Service/Dress Uniforms (ASU) - Major and minor uniform alterations, repairs, and tailoring - Production and embroidery/attachment of name tags and unit patches - Pick-up and delivery at eight high schools in Clarksville-Montgomery County - Annual Quantities (approximate): - 1,600 each: berets, ASU coats, ASU skirts, ASU trousers/slacks, neckties/necktabs, short sleeve ASU shirts - 200 each: ascots/gloves, black utility jackets with liners - 435-445 each: OCP patrol caps, belts, coats, trousers - 1,000 major alterations; 1,850 minor alterations - 1,300 black US Army name tags; 400 school/JROTC OCP name tags; 400 embroidery/patch attachments - Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with DA PAM 670-1 standards and uniform label instructions - Service window: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Central Time (excluding federal holidays) - Contractor provides all labor, materials, and transportation - SBA set-aside; no specific OEMs or vendors named - No product part numbers or specific OEMs are referenced; this is a service-based procurement.
