The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, under the Department of the Navy, is seeking a contractor for quarterly and annual preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for Baghouse Dust Collectors in buildings 365, 366, and 2869 at NSWC Crane, Indiana. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division - Contracting Office and named contacts: Chris Anderson, Marty Arvin - OEMs and Equipment: - Mikropul Nederman (500S-12 TRH C) - Camfil (Gold Series X FLO) - Continuous Shaker (TR-3) - Services Requested: - Quarterly and annual inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs for baghouses in three buildings - Services include filter bag inspection, leak detection, mechanical and electrical parts inspection, cleaning, and repair or replacement of worn components - Contractor must supply all consumable and non-consumable parts, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation - Detailed inspection reports required after each service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% small business set-aside - CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) cybersecurity compliance required - Compliance with all safety and environmental regulations - Proper registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) - Firm fixed price contract with base year and up to four option years (potential five-year period) - Separate contract line items (CLINs) for each building and each year - Accelerated deliveries and completions accepted at no additional cost

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 12 as a written .  Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0264 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. 

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.  It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. 

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
