The National Institutes of Health (NIH), through the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), has a requirement to obtain a replacement ultraviolet transilluminator and imaging system for use by the Liver Diseases Branch (LDB). The existing imaging system is no longer operational and cannot be repaired.
