The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) through its Child Support Division (CSD or STATE) was awarded the federal grant “Safe Access For Victims’ Economic Security (SAVES) Demonstration Grant” to help the Minnesota Child Support program implement comprehensive domestic violence policies, procedures and program services. The project aims to redesign a set of documents/forms used to provide information to and receive information from participants. The redesigned materials will facilitate easy understanding of program services and requirements and enable participants to make decisions about child support services with specific attention to domestic violence and safety concerns.
