The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (DCF), Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure multiple formulations of Emergency Opioid Antagonist Products and Resources. The procurement supports the DCF Overdose Prevention Program, which provides Overdose Recognition and Response Training and distributes free emergency opioid antagonist kits, such as naloxone, to individuals at risk of opioid overdose.
