Western Carolina University Police Department is seeking a comprehensive service and maintenance contract for its 3xLOGIC CCTV system, which covers over 1,000 cameras and 55 DVR/NVRs across two campus locations. - Government Buyer: - Western Carolina University, State of North Carolina - Associate Director of Purchasing: John Hamm - OEM Highlight: - 3xLOGIC is the only specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all CCTV system components - Vendors: - Only authorized 3xLOGIC Providers/Centers within 100 miles of the university are eligible - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive service and maintenance for all 3xLOGIC CCTV equipment (cameras, NVRs, UPS units, alarms, panic alarms) - 24 man-hours per month for maintenance, installation, programming, updates, and repairs - Use of a bucket truck as needed (cost equivalent to four man-hours per day) - 24/7/365 emergency support with a mandatory two-hour response time - On-site and remote login support for all equipment and software - Coordination for warranty and out-of-warranty hardware replacements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendor must be an authorized 3xLOGIC provider located within 100 miles - Two-hour maximum response time for emergency support - Service includes both main campus (Cullowhee, NC) and Biltmore Park site (Asheville, NC) - Initial contract term is one year, with up to two one-year renewal options

Western Carolina University Police Department intends to secure a comprehensive service and maintenance agreement with an authorized 3xLOGIC Provider/Center located within 100 miles of the University, with a response time within two hours. The University uses a CCTV system with over 1,000 cameras and 55 DVR/NVRs on the main campus in Cullowhee, NC, and additional cameras and NVRs at the Biltmore Park Instructional Site in Asheville, NC. The contract includes providing on-site and remote login support for all equipment and software associated with the 3xLOGIC CCTV system. The University has established standards requiring all camera system infrastructure to be manufactured by and compliant with 3xLOGIC.
