Description
The Town of Fairmont has received a $3,000,000 Community Development Block Grant-Infrastructure (CDBG-I) award for the Brown Street Pump Station Rehabilitation project. The project includes rehabilitation of the existing pump station, replacement of pumps, controls, telemetry, and a failed bar screen. The Town is soliciting proposals for grant administration services to assist in managing the project in compliance with North Carolina CDBG-I Program requirements. The grant administration fee will be paid with CDBG-I funds. Services include compliance reviews, reporting, and record management but exclude fund disbursement and legal advice.
