This is a single source notice for the renewal of ESRI software licenses, new concurrent use ESRI licensing, maintenance, and technical support for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). The ESRI GIS software is proprietary and essential for FWC's GIS capabilities including map distribution, field data collection, resource mapping, spatial analysis, and enterprise GIS database management. The contract term is for three years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. Vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the services by August 17, 2026.
