Description

Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of epoxy floors at various park locations. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor and materials required to remove and replace epoxy floors at various locations for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The work includes removal of existing epoxy floor/ceramic carpet, disposal of all material off County property in accordance with EPA regulations, installation of moisture membrane per manufacturers specifications, installation of new epoxy floor/ceramic carpet, removal of existing cove base and installation of new six-inch epoxy cove base, securing the work area for safety, and cleanup of all debris. The bid opening will be conducted virtually on August 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
