Description
The Department of Labor (DOL) issued a notice to clarify the status of OMB Control Number 1205-0521 related to the DOL-Only Performance Accountability, Information, and Reporting System. The Department determined that approved revisions should have undergone the standard Paperwork Reduction Act notice and comment process. Consequently, the Department will not implement the revision approved on January 7, 2026, and will continue using the collection materials and reporting requirements in effect prior to that approval while developing a revision package through the standard PRA process.
