Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection related to the Rural Capacity Building (RCB) Program. The RCB program aims to enhance the capacity of rural housing development organizations, Community Development Corporations, Community Housing Development Organizations, local governments, and Indian tribes to carry out affordable housing and community development activities in rural areas. HUD is requesting public comments on the proposed information collection by August 27, 2026.
