Description

Valley Metro intends to execute a multi-year sole source contract for rail body repair services. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience with rail body repair, including fiberglass mold fabrications, and be capable of onsite work at Valley Metro's Operations and Maintenance Center in Phoenix, AZ. The scope includes professional body repair, surface preparation, frame/structural repairs, painting, refinishing, and color matching of light rail vehicles and streetcars. The contractor must meet a response time of less than 24 hours and have a place of business within 75 miles of the OMC facility.
