Engineering/Design Consulting Services for CTH K Corridor Modernization and Expansion

Waukesha County Department of Public Works is seeking engineering and design consulting services for the modernization and expansion of the CTH K Corridor. - Project covers the CTH K Corridor between CTH JK and Brookfield Road, impacting the Villages of Sussex, Lisbon, Menomonee Falls, and the City of Brookfield - Scope includes: - Facility development process and NEPA compliance - Design and preparation of preliminary and final plans - Preparation of PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) documents - Utility and railroad coordination - Bridge and retaining wall design - Surveying, geotechnical investigations, and pavement designs - Bike and pedestrian facility evaluations - Right-of-way plats and project controls reports - Federal discretionary grant applications and all required project reports - Project is federally and county funded, with oversight from WisDOT and Waukesha County - Contract will be a three-party agreement between the selected firm, the State of Wisconsin, and Waukesha County - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified engineering/design consulting firms - Firms must be registered to do business in Wisconsin and meet eligibility requirements

Waukesha County Department of Public Works seeks an engineering/design consulting firm to provide services for the modernization and expansion of the CTH K Corridor between CTH JK and Brookfield Road. The project includes design, preparation of plans, PS&E documents, reports, utility and railroad coordination, bridge and retaining wall design, survey, geotechnical investigations, and other related tasks. The project is federally funded and will be managed in coordination with WisDOT. The selected firm may also be considered for additional future project segments along the corridor.
