The City of Austin and Austin Water seek Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to provide planning, design, and construction phase services for expansions of the Wild Horse, Taylor Lane, and Pearce Lane Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs). The expansions include increasing capacities to 10.0 MGD for Wild Horse, 1.0 MGD for Taylor Lane, and 0.8 MGD for Pearce Lane, along with associated reclaimed water distribution system improvements. The City intends to select up to three firms and may award projects individually or in combination.
