Description

The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive aviation instructional services in support of its aviation degree and certificate programs. The contractor shall furnish FAA Part 141 certificated flight instruction, all required aircraft, flight simulators, scheduling and record-keeping systems, airport coordination, maintenance services, and access to FAA-certified examination authority. The goal is to ensure students receive structured, regulatory-compliant flight training that aligns with LSCS academic schedules and prepares students for FAA certification. Unit prices and a shelf or catalog discount are requested for system-wide purchases. The contract term is initially three years with two one-year renewals at the system's discretion.
