The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is requesting quotes for Software as a Service (SaaS) licenses including Microsoft 365 (M365) A5 Unified Education and Defender Endpoint Server Education Licenses. These licenses are to be provided via Campus Agreements, Enrollment For Education Solution (EES). The contract term is from August 24, 2026, through June 30, 2029, covering three years of license subscriptions. Vendors must submit their quotes by August 10, 2026, and agree to the terms and conditions stated in the RFQ.
