Description

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) is seeking qualified contractors to perform Environmental Assessment Services for approximately forty (40) acres in the Kaka’ako Makai and Iwilei Area. This work is related to OHA's EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant and will be conducted under the direction of a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). The contract will involve site assessments as part of the EPA Brownfields Assessment Cooperative Agreement #4B-97T40601. Proposals are due by August 28, 2026, and must be submitted via the Hawaii eProcurement Portal (HIePRO).
