Description
The City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, through its Electric Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified geotechnical engineering firms to perform a subsurface investigation, laboratory testing, soil resistivity testing, engineering analysis, and preparation of a signed and sealed geotechnical report for the proposed Substation 1000/ORANO site.
