The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) for the removal of the current roof, purchase of materials for and installation of a complete two-ply hybrid roof system with a 30-year warranty, and purchase of materials for and installation of a new HVAC system following the project plans in Exhibit B.
