Description
The University at Buffalo intends to procure a comprehensive search platform to renew its search and insight platform ensuring continuity, scalability, and enhanced discovery across its campus web properties. The platform must support enterprise search, relevance tuning, faceted navigation, customizable UI, search analytics, content auditing, integration with Adobe CMS, personalization, RESTful API, security and access control, scalability, support for structured and unstructured data, custom server-side logic, crawl scheduling, and knowledge transfer. This opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) Set Aside, limited to NYS Certified SDVOBs. The contract term is three years, and the procurement is under discretionary purchasing authority.
