Description

This project involves replacing the existing failed 2,000 MBH condensing boiler with a new 4,000 MBH condensing boiler, re-piping the branch serving boilers CPB-3, CPB-4, and CPB-5 to support a 20-degree F temperature rise, and electrical work to support the boiler demolition and reinstallation.
