This opportunity is for advanced sniper training services for U.S. Army and Air Force special operations personnel: - Government Buyers: - U.S. Army, Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan - U.S. Air Force, 18th CONS PK, FA5270 - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is for specialized training services, not products - Services Requested: - Advanced sniper training focused on high angle precision rifle ballistics for SFSC Level 1 Snipers - Training includes extreme angle and cross canyon engagements, mountainous terrain operations, and use of specific ammunition calibers and moving target platforms - Contractor must provide: - Qualified instructors - Housing and basic life support for 8 personnel (including laundry, Wi-Fi, and off-road vehicles) - Food services (continental breakfast, bagged lunch, dinner, and night operation meals) - Range facilities with 400 fixed steel targets and appropriate terrain - Classroom with IT/AV equipment - Training is to be delivered over 5 days near Pollock, Idaho - Notable Requirements: - All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, and materials must be provided by the contractor - Training must address complex wind conditions and alternate shooting positions - The contract is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 611430 - No product part numbers or OEM equipment are specified; the focus is on comprehensive service delivery

Description

This is a service contract to provide advanced sniper training. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contract who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and personal services necessary to perform advanced sniper training, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract. 

Must be in the vicinity of Pollock, Idaho, USA.
