This opportunity is for the supply and installation of three integrated vacuum systems at Whiteman Air Force Base, managed by the 509th Maintenance Squadron (MXS) under the U.S. Air Force. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 509th Maintenance Squadron, Whiteman Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Ingersoll Rand (specified for vacuum pumps and vibration pads) - Products/Services Requested: - Three Ingersoll Rand Vacuum Pumps, Model V255D5 (5 hp, 200V, 3-Phase, 60 cfm) - Three 80-gallon steel vacuum receiver tanks - Three CT 851-200C high-efficiency inlet filters - Three 200V open drip proof motors - Three 200V E-Series starters - Three auto start & stop NEMA 1 control panels - Twelve Ingersoll Rand neoprene cork vibration pads (4 per sled) - Three heavy-duty custom sled platform assemblies - Three flexible vacuum hookup hoses (minimum 3 feet per machine, vacuum-rated) - Three sets of installation hardware, cable management, fasteners, and piping connectors - Services: - Complete installation and integration of the vacuum systems, including removal and disposal of one existing vacuum pump system, piping hookup, testing, and demonstration - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All systems must meet specified performance and durability standards - 3-year warranty required - Installation, integration, and testing must be completed within 120 days after receipt of order - Turnkey solution including all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision - Work to be performed during regular weekday hours, excluding federal holidays and base down days

Whiteman AFB is conducting market research to determine vendor capabilities to supply and install three vacuum systems in maintenance docks at Whiteman AFB. All work must be completed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Please provide capabilities and interest.
