The Department of the Air Force hereby gives notice of its intent to negotiate and award a  Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole-source contract to Advanced Testing Technologies, Inc. (ATTI) (0DRX9),  the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), under the statutory authority of: FAR Part 6 :FAR  6.302-1 (10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1)), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will  satisfy agency requirements."
