NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A CONTRACTOR THAT CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE SPOUT RUN PARKWAY, GEORGE WASHINGTON MEMORIAL PARKWAY CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY.

AS DETAILED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL POSSESS CERTAIN BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE AND BE ABLE TO PERFORM SPECIFIC TECHNICAL ANALYSES NECESSARY FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE CULTURAL INVENTORY LANDSCAPE.

QUOTATIONS MUST INCLUDE A BREAKDOWN OF COSTS TO PERFORM THE CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY. THIS WILL BE A FIRM-FIXED CONTRACT.

NOTE: AWARD MAY BE BASED ON OTHER THAN THE LOWEST COST AND WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. PRICE AND OTHER FACTORS WILL BE CONSIDERED. AWARD SHALL BE BASED ON PROPOSED METHODS AND TECHNIQUES FOR THE REQUIRED NEED.
