Description

The University of Waterloo Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool and Assessment Centre (SEEPAC) is seeking bids on multifunction video-based CCTV equipment designed as an assistive reading device for individuals with visual impairments. Only devices specifically identified as assistive devices will be considered. The equipment will be purchased for use in the Ontario Ministry of Health’s ADP Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool (SEEPAC) for lease to eligible Ontario residents. The contract duration is 13 months starting from November 10, 2026. The procurement method is Competitive – Open Bidding under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
