Description
The University of Waterloo Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool and Assessment Centre (SEEPAC) is seeking bids for desktop video-based closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment designed specifically as a reading device for individuals with visual impairments. The equipment must be specially designed as an assistive device for this purpose and will be used in the Ontario Ministry of Health's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool (SEEPAC) for lease to eligible Ontario residents.
