The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with TCJ, Inc. dba Engineered Packaging Solutions of San Dimas, California, pursuant to FAR 12.102. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: Customized rotomolded container with polyurethane foam insert for Antenna. Manufacturer: TCJ, Inc. P/N: 25-046271 QTY: 13 Item 0002: Stencil Setup Fee QTY:1 Item 0003: Freight QTY:1 Item 0004: Customized rotomolded container with polyurethane foam insert for Antenna. Manufacturer: TCJ, Inc. P/N: 25-046271 QTY: 8 Item 0005: Stencil Setup Fee QTY:1 Item 0006: Freight QTY:1 Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted JNCP is attached to this Notice of Intent. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly demonstrate the firm’s capability to meet the Government’s minimum technical and delivery requirements without unacceptable risk to quality, performance, or schedule.
