The U.S. Air National Guard's 116th Wing at Fort Gordon, Georgia, is seeking a contractor to provide leasing and turnkey setup of modular office and restroom facilities to support cyber operations squadrons. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air National Guard, 116th Wing - Scope of Work: - Lease, delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal of modular office and restroom facilities totaling approximately 12,430 SF - Includes two large 96' x 60' office buildings, a 14' x 65' restroom/locker trailer, three sets of stairs, and ADA-compliant ramp and deck system - Utility tie-ins and grounding systems required - Compliance with security, environmental, and quality standards - Products/Services Requested: - Shop and workspace setup & delivery (1 unit) - Lease of Office Building #1 (12 months, 96' x 60') - Lease of Office Building #2 (12 months, 96' x 60') - Lease of Restroom Complex (12 months, 14' x 65') - Lease of Steps (12 months, 3 sets) - Lease of ADA Compliant Ramp and Deck System (12 months) - Option for additional 6-month lease periods for all above items - Option for demobilization, removal, and site restoration - Unique Requirements: - Turnkey solution including all setup, maintenance, and removal - ADA compliance for ramps and decks - Site restoration after removal - Strict adherence to security and environmental standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to providers of modular office and restroom facilities.

Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform leasing, delivery, setup, maintenance, and eventual removal of a turnkey relocatable modular office facility. These services will support Project GMMS249014 (Cyber Operations Facility) for the 117th and 155th Cyber Operations Squadrons (COS) at Fort Gordon, Georgia, as defined in this PWS.
