SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure a 12 month agreement for Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) System using Northwell Health Alliance GPO Contract number GPOCM-1029. This procurement is pursuant to New York State Finance Law, section 163(3)(vi), allowing use of a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
